I can't unlock my phone :(

Because of certain AT&T guidelines, we aren't able to unlock this device.

AT&T guidelines won't allow us to unlock this device.

What wrong with my phone

Please help me :(

That response is not very informative is it. I would say that you have not met whatever qualifications are required to unlock your phone
