I can not hear or be heard by caller I 7 phone

I can not fix why my phone not working right everything else on phone works just the part of hearing and the other counter parts not able to hear me

There a few tips we have to ensure that you and the person receiving the call can hear each other clearly:

Make sure your phone's microphone is clear from any dust or other debris. If the microphone is blocked, or otherwise damaged, it can result in an inconsistent performance.
This may also be the result of a poor connection, so try soft resetting your device by quickly pressing and releasing the Volume up button, followed by the Volume down button, then press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo shows up.
You can also improve the phone's connection when you reset the network settings.
