Please I bought an iPhone 14 pro max that is locked to att carrier and now the country I live in isn’t supported by att.
can I get the bill balance and pay to get my iPhone unlocked as a non att customer?

You can’t pay it off. Only the original owner can pay it off. AT&T won’t give you any information because it deals with someone else’s account. Try and get your money back.
