I am getting blank white page on https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/ !?

Can someone help me with accessing https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/ ?

I tried different computers, browsers and even from my cell phone. I only get blank white page for the last 2 days.

 

Is it broken?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We'd love to get to the bottom of this issue. Is this the only page you're experiencing issues with, or are there others? Are you receiving an error message of any kind, aside from the blank screen? When trying your phone, are you using Wi-Fi or cellular data? Please test both and let us know. Thank you!

Hi there,

 

being an IT professional I seriously tried everything: different browsers, different computers, different cell phones, wifi, wireless..and I was only getting white blank page with no errors.

 

just a minute ago, after your reply  tried again and this time I got error message: System error! Oops! It appears that we are having network difficulties..

 

Don't you get the same?

I just tried it again and it's working now. I guess someone worked on it today, after Good Friday holiday and they got it working.

 

All good now.

We're glad to hear that the unlock portal is working for you again

We were attempting to replicate the white screen issue you mentioned, with some level of difficulty. We did manage to replicate it as best we could, we believe we found a fix that may work. Please note that we were only able to test it once, so it may have been a fluke. Nonetheless, we would like to offer it to you and the community should this issue arise again, as a potential solution.

If you continue to get a blank white screen when attempting to access the unlock portal, enter this URL exactly as it appears: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/?#/

Hopefully this resolution will not be necessary anytime soon, but if you have any other questions about your AT&T wireless services, feel free to reach back out to us!

I'm getting the same issue and have tried going to the site using the link: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/?#/

This issue has been going on for at least 3 days now I have tried with and without wi fi different browsers both on PC and phone.

I am having the same issue with a white page when I go to Unlock Your Device page. I have shut down my computer, restarted, and switched browsers. This is clearly not an issue on my end. What is going on? Why is it only the Unlock Your Device page?
