how would i know my number at which my phone is locked to ,

SO ,

i bought a iphone 13 , from At&t from my friends account . but i get only the iphone 13 , no any carrier or sim card ,

but it was locked to AT&T carrier only ,

i used it with my wifi , and moved to , Pakistan .
now i want to use it with other carriers as in Pakistan AT&T is not avaliable .
but my friend had lost the sim card , and the bills , so we dont know the number and the account to which i can pay my total bills to get it unlocked.
how can i unlock this device ?
i even dont have any AT&T account.

Your “friend” should have unlocked the phone before selling it to you.  AT&T isn’t going to discuss account info, including phone or account numbers, balances due, etc. other than with the actual account holder.  Use the unlocking portal.

https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/

All you need is the IMEI number.  But if the phone isn’t eligible for unlocking, you aren’t going to get it unlocked.
