@PASKSMTS_20002 Was your unlock request approved? Did you wait at least 24 hours after the approval?

Hello, I bought a phone, but it turned out to be blocked under att, I contacted support to unlock it, but I received a letter that I had already contacted many times and my next attempt could be made only after 30 days. Access No. NUL519402848828. Tell me how to be?

I requested a device unlock on a phone with a clean IMEI (no issues), missed the 24-hour confirmation window, and have been waiting over 3 weeks for the request to cancel out so I can create a new request.  Stuck in PENDING status.

Have been reading that it should take 2 days to cancel, so I can submit a new request.  But I have also read to wait 30 days.  Is that true?  Contacting Advanced Tech support was fruitless -- they could see the request, but cannot do anything about it.

I contacted a new iPhone 13pro max on Facebook on April 13 this year, I used it for more than 3 months, on the afternoon of July 25, suddenly the phone had no signal, I knew it was locked by AT&T, I communicated with online customer service on the AT&T website to unlock it, I learned that the original buyer of this phone bought insurance, a few months later reported the loss, the insurance company gave him compensation A new phone, my phone was blacklisted, blacklisted phone is no way to unlock, I think I was cheated, the seller can not solve, I can only call the police, the police said to me, let me contact AT&T, provide my purchase chat records, to see if you can unlock.Because I am not in the United States, English is not good, call afraid to say it is not clear. Can you tell me who I can contact if I write an email? Thank you very much!

I answered your other post. If the phone was blacklisted due to an

insurance claim that was made on it (sounds like a fraudulent claim), then there is nothing that AT&T can do as it won't work on any other carrier either.  Either get your money back or purchase another phone.

Hello
I have an iPhone 11 Pro that I had purchased from ATT via the installment plan in 2020. The last installment was paid off in December 2022. I am now trying to unlock the phone but the unlock request is being denied with the message "We can’t unlock your device because it’s no longer active on an AT&T account".

The phone is still active in my account and meets all the requirements for unlocking the device.

Any help/guidance is appreciated.

Thanks.

Att unlock portal is not functioning correctly.

File an FCC complaint.  The complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper management and someone will call you
