Thank you for providing examples. Each case and device unlock request is unique based on device unlock eligibility. You can reach out to the seller in the United States to help you meet the device requirements then resubmit your device unlock request.

Anyone can help me? As said before, I just need that AT&T recognize my device in their servers. Actually the imei does not match as an At&t device. I can provide all device informations by private message

Does anyone know how AT&T counts date for device for unlock eligibility? I recently found out that I did not set up my voice mail soon enough after starting my prepaid service, so it was disabled permanently. I also am not able to unlock the phone through the unlock portal online. Is this just a coincidence? Or is the voice mail part of my problem? My device is a prepaid iPhone SE that has been active since around October/November of 2017.

You guys are awesome. You were exactly right.

We called and explained. Honestly the first rep was a miscreant and refused to be helpful, but after being disconnected (luckily, I guess), the next rep was very helpful started a ticket and had the phone unlocked within 24 hours.
