Hi, @St2302,
You said earlier one device was approved. Did you receive the email with the unlock code for the one device? If so, did everything go well for that one?
While it usually takes up to two business days for an unlock request to be approved, it can take longer. If you make multiple unlock requests for the same device in a short period of time, the system won't permit another request for a month. If the requests for the second device was denied, take a look at things to know about unlocking a device with AT&T. There's a list of requirements that must be met before an unlock request will be approved.
Let us know what messages you're receiving on the unlock request for the second device.

Hi @emmsmay
We're here to help provide you more information about the unlock request process!
Please know that when submitting an unlock request, it could take up to 2 business days to process and send you and email notification about your request. If you have not confirmed the link on your conformation email, it would expire within 24 hours and a new unlock request would have to be re-submitted. You can continue to check for status updates in the AT&T Device Unlock Portal after the process time has passed.
Feel free to reach back to us if still haven't received the confirmation email.
Have a great day!

Hi, @St2302,
It can take longer than the usual two business days for an unlock request to be approved and for you to receive the unlock code. Continue to watch your spam folder just in case it's directed there.
Have a great week!

I'm trying to unlock my iphone but am getting the "network difficulties" error and cannot proceed. I would like to know if this is because my device is already locked or what is the issue.

Hi everyone,
I bought a iPhone SE last August (17th or 18th, I do not recall) with the AT&T PrePaid Plan while I was in the USA. When I bought it they told me that I should have waited 6 months before unlocking and using my iPhone with a different carrier. I live in Italy, and at that time I thought that buying a new telephone and then not using it for 2 months (but keeping up with payments) would have been worth it. So now, after 6 months of payments, I would like to unlock my iPhone. However, when I send the request a message pops up saying that my device has not been active for 6 months, while it has clearly been.
What can I do? Who can I e-mail?
Thanks!

I'm trying to unlock my iPhone 6 and am receiving the "We're sorry. We can't unlock this device." message. I meet all of the eligibility requirements so not sure why i'm getting this message.

I’m trying to unlock my phone but when I go to the page to enter my IMEI it says it doesn’t match my phone number. I bought this phone as a refurbished phone from eBay. Could it potentially be considered lost and under an AT&T contract with another phone number? Is there a way I can unlock my phone? Thanks
