Hi, @Benjik2018,

Let's take a look at this. Did you check your spam folder to make sure the email wasn't misdirected? If the folder is clear of any missive from us concerning your unlock, then please submit another unlock request. This time, though, use a different email with a different email provider in case our servers are having issues communicating with each other.

While you wait on a response, please take a look at things to know when unlocking your device through AT&T.

Have a great weekend!

Way too many complaints about not receiving ATT emails!   As I said before, maybe use texting, I get plenty of those from ATT that I cannot opt out of!

Hi, @Stn916,

Let's take a look at this. Was the last carrier for the iPhone AT&T? If it was on a prepaid plan, did it have six months of service or, if it was a postpaid plan, did it have sixty days of service? There are other eligibility requirements to unlock the device. If it meets them, we want to know why you're receiving that message.

We are sending you a private message (PM) to help in this matter. Please check your forums private messages by clicking the Forums Inbox. Locate the PM from ATTCares and reply to the message with your specific account details.

Trying to unlock my iPhone 6S. I sent a request more than 24 hours ago and never got an e-mail to confirm it (spam folder checked). When I check the status, It's pending (more than 24 hours) and I can't submit new request. Customer service over the chat doesn't seem to understand the problem. I need to unlock it ASAP.

Hi @Rimsky!

To unlock your device it must first be active on the AT&T network for at least 60 days and with no unpaid balance.

Learn more about our other requirements for device unlock.

We hope this information helps you!
