How to turn on the iPhone 12 Pro Max Hotspot?
The iPhone 12 Pro Max from AT&T hotspot feature is not obvious. It should be available under Cellular Services in Settings but it is not there. Can anyone help?

It’s not under Cellular. It’s right on the main Settings page, under Cellular and above Notifications.
If you don’t see it, are you sure you’re on a data plan that allows hotspot?

On my iPhone 12 Personal Hotspot is under Settings as well as under Cellular.

I looked and it’s on both places on mine too. I guess once it’s set up, you also get it on the main settings page.
