How to RePrint mailing label for insurance warranty
My mom lost her return label and box to send back her old device. How can we re-print the label or receive a new one? ATT points us to Asurion, Asurion points us to ATT.. HELP!!

Hello @rhiannonloren, we understand the importance of receiving a new return label.
Your Warranty replacement package includes return shipping materials, so you can send us your defective device. If you can't locate the prepaid return shipping label you will need to contact Asurion directly to request new shipping materials.

Asurion is the worst. All they do is give you the run around if you’re able to get them to answer their phone!
