@Juanass Sorry it does not work that way. The rules on who can remove a phone from the blacklist are set by the government. ATT does not have a choice in the matter. Besides, how about whoever it was that had the phone initially stolen? How does removing it from the blacklist protect them? Sorry you got ripped off but getting the phone off the blacklist is just not going to happen.

“Fashion stores” are not legitimate sellers of At&t cell phones. Not even close.
It should have been a red flag, and you should have been very suspicious.
At&t is only responsible for its legit sales. And it’s duty is to protect its paying customers ad stockholders.

Necesito hablar con la persona que puso mi IMEI [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] en la Black List. Agradeceré la valiosa ayuda para encontrarlo.

That is not possible and not going to happen. At&t does not Share it’s customer information with anyone.
If you have purchased a phone that is on the blacklist, contact the person who gave or sold it to you.
Eso no es posible y no va a suceder. At & t no comparte la información del cliente con nadie.
Si ha comprado un teléfono que está en la lista negra, comuníquese con la persona que se lo dio o se lo vendió.

am telling you to buy the phone in a New York store, pay it at the official
price and you nonchalantly say you will not be able to get it off the black
list. It means that you are as complicit as the terrible scammer who did
this. It hurts to be part of this community. You do not help at all to
improve the reliability of the purchase of phones. For people like you
there are those scammers. If you are a good person, you should help me
solve that problem that a bad seller leaves your AT&T company badly.

@Juanass I am not complicit in anything. I am another customer. I couldn’t remove your phone from the blacklist even if I wanted to. I am just giving you the honest truth. You can’t get your phone removed from the blacklist. Only whoever put it on the blacklist can remove it. Sorry you don’t like the answer, I’m just giving you the facts. I would help you if I could. There is simply no help possible.

@Juanassthis is not at&t this is a public customer forum no body in here can solve your issue, if its blacklisted it will stay that way forever. @sandblaster @lizdance40 do not work for at&t but that wouldnt matter because even employees in here are only customers.
you will not get an official response from AT&T
you did not buy the phone from at&t or an authorized retailer you bought it from someone that either purchased it stolen, stole the phone themselves or someone sold it for the money then got a new phone with the insurance and then the insurance company blacklisted as they now own the insured phone.
its the same as if someones car was stolen and they collected insurance on it then you buy the stolen car and try to register it but the insurance now owns that car not you

store in full fashion. The phone was taken out by the employer in the
window that was displayed in a locked box. For the sale I was issued a
ticket where the tax rates were paid to Usa. If you in the United
States have such shops, they are very serious. In any commercial place
in Latin America you are more responsible in these cases than you
should give serious signs of confidence to tourists. But they are
worse than underdeveloped countries and leave AT&T very bad if it
fails to remove my IMEI list from Black. It is a pity that there are
citizens as unethical as you.
