Have you canceled service? Erasing the eSIM does not do that.
On what phone?

Hello @SAN13ENG, we understand your need for removing the e-SIM from your device, and we're here to provide the information that you require.

To answer your question, you'll be able to delete or erase e-Sim from your device by following the below steps.

To erase your e-SIM on iPhone device:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  • Tap the plan that you want to erase.
  • Tap Delete e-SIM.

To erase your e-SIM on Android device:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Navigate to the SIM card manager screen or Cellular Plans.
  • Select the desired e-SIM that you wish to remove.
  • Select Remove to remove the e-SIM, then select Remove again to confirm.
  • If you are using a physical SIM and an e-SIM, make sure you are selecting the correct account during the removal process.

NOTE: Removing an e-SIM card doesn't cancel your cell phone plan, so you'll still need to contact our cancellation department to cancel the line or you'll still be charged on that particular line.

Hope this information helps, and do reach out to us if you need further assistance!
