@eliya

Please read the rest of the thread. AT&T cannot and will not help you. AT&T phones are not sold in Pakistan. It is most assuredly a stolen phone. If you can't get your money back, contact your local law enforcement maybe they can help you.

Hi @eliya, we understand your situation! Let's get the information you need.

As you stated that you have purchased the mobile from a third party member in Pakistan, we recommend you reach out to them.

Note: AT&T does not sell devices overseas.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums

I don't think you're quite getting the point. It does not matter.

If neither of you can produce a receipt from a valid vendor in the United States that sells AT&T iPhones, AT&T will not help you.   Someone stole those phones, very likely porch pirates stole them from somebody's front stoop ship them out of the country and sold them to poor unfortunate and unsuspecting people like yourself and the other commenter.

Cannot say this clearly enough apparently: You both got scammed. Get your money back

If it hasn't been made clear enough by everyone in this thread, this is an unresolvable issue..

AT&T cannot remove those phones from the blacklist which means they will never be unlocked. You have a very large heavy iPod that can never be used with cellular service.
