@Edo95 Other than to return the phone, if possible, there is nothing you can do. The phone is blacklisted and won’t work on any carrier, even if unlocked. Only whoever put the phone on the blacklist can remove it from the blacklist.

Welcome. I'm from Poland. Unfortunately, I am not your customer. 😞 but, I bought a phone at the ebay auction, where there was information that there are no locks. unstable, the phone is blocked, you have a sim-lock on your network. (black list) ..... what can I do to unblock this phone? ? I paid for this phone very large money and I would like to be able to use this phone.Thank you for your reply, best regards 🙂 Damian B.

Being Sim locked is not the same as being blacklisted. Blacklisted means a device has been recorded as lost or stolen, it can never be used on any carrier. If you bought a phone that is now blacklisted you need to contact the seller and dispute the sale.

If you are getting the notification set the phone cannot be activated and his carrier locked that’s entirely different. You can request that AT&T unlock the phone here:   https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/

AT&T told me that the 3 phones are not active, they are just using my account phone lines. I have no clue who the seller is.

HUH?    Please explain your situation better than this.    Time line, where and when phones were acquired, denial if you requested unlock, etc.

And how are we suppose to know?  Crystal ball?  ESP?  Call At&t and ask them about the IMEI.   If it’s blacklisted, you got ripped off.
