Hot spot is not working

Net gear night hawk is plugged in 100 %charged and will start and watch tv . Within 45 minutes the box has no reception. No internet for my phone connection . When looking at the net gear the box will not turn on or if first screen then will not slid up to see other screen then blank . Very frustrating no tv phones do not work . In a rural area.

We understand the impact of not able to use your mobile hotspot feature. We need a little more information.

  • What is the make and model of your device? This will allow us to offer direct device support and also has this always been your experience with the service? This info is important because some Hotspot routers may not be supported over our network. Click open Find out if your device still works on our network
  • What is the calling plan you are using? Not all calling plans has the mobile hotspot feature, you will need an AT&T Data-only PREPAID plan as those are the only plans that will work for your device on our network

Also, if the router isn't turning on then you should unplug it for 10 seconds then plug it back in.That action is power cycle and it can help to reestablish connection to the network.
