Horrivle Service and Issues with new Customer Ordering

Two days ago I ordered two new phones and a 9gb shared data plan online. Everything was going fine till the next day when  they told me that I needed to call because they needed to verify my identity. I did that, and not soon after I got an email saying the order was canceled,  after they just told me on the phone that I was all set. Now two days later they tell me I need to submit another order. Keep in mind they made me put a 520$ deposit on the first order. What an inconvenience and I haven't even recieved my phones yet. Hopefully this isn't any indication how my full experience will be with AT&T. Not a great start at all.
