Help with warranty replacement
I received a defective device from Asurion. The ins claim was processed 2.8.21, the screen started glitching and completely froze yesterday 3.30.21. I have called ATT and Asurion multiple times with no resolution. Each company is blaming each other and they send me on an endless cycle of transfers. This is completely unacceptable. If this is not resolved in a timely manner, I will cancel my service.
