Help Needed - Unlocking iPhone

I’m trying to unlock my iPhone 7 and I’m getting a message saying the IMEI number doesn’t match an AT&T device. I purchased this device from AT&T and was paid for several months ago. It meets all the criteria required to be unlocked.

I’d appreciate if you could help me unlock it at your earliest convenience.

  • Has the iOS device completed either 60 Days Postpaid or 6 Months Prepaid service? 
  • Was the cellphone used on the AT&T network in the past?
  • Has the smartphone completed installment payments with no past due balance?

I have the same problem. I requested an unlock on an Iphone 6s plus that my wife has been using for years on the ATT network and it came back saying the IMEI does not match an ATT device.
