Having an iPhone email problem

I went to check email on my iPhone. It keeps saying I can not log on can't verify username & password

I shut off phone to see if that corrected the problem but no! I changed my password & same message!

Maybe try deleting the account from the phone take a reboot and add it again. I’m curious if they didn’t change the server settings.

Here is the latest as far as I know.

  • AOL Mail POP server address: pop.aol.com
  • AOL Mail POP user name: Your AOL Mail screen name (what precedes "@aol.com" in your AOL Mail address; if the address is me@aol.com, for instance, the screen name is "me")
  • AOL Mail POP Password: Your AOL Mail password
  • AOL Mail POP port: 995
  • AOL Mail POP TLS/SSL required: yes
