Haven't received 2 phones in over 2 months

In nov 2020 we went to a sams club store and took advantage of the sales at@t had to offer at the time we had sprint service so we switched over to at@t the sales person Adrian and Jaydon took our information and long story short they gave us 2 phones n 2 other phones were supposed to be mailed out before Thanksgiving 2020 it is now January 15th 2021 n we havnt received any phones n have already paid the first bill for over 350dls I cant seem to get threw to anyone im really disappointed n dissatisfied with this type of customer service since they didn't keep theyre end of the contract

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you haven't received the remaining cell phones that you ordered.

 

Would you kindly provide us with a few more details, so that we can better assist you?

  • When you say that you've already paid your first bill, did you notice any charges listed for the cell phones that you haven't received yet?
  • Have you been able to reach out to Adrian and Jaydon, or the manager at your local Sam's Club, to try and obtain the contact information for them?
  • Also, when you sign in to your myAT&T account online, are you seeing any active orders for the remaining cell phones?
