Group Text Message Issue - one person not receiving group texts

From what you've described, the issue is on your friend's end. If she's an AT&T customer, we would need to speak with her regarding this matter; if she's with another carrier, she'll need to reach out to her carrier.

That said, you can advise her to try some basic troubleshooting, such as:

• resetting her network settings (go to: Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings)
• making sure that Group Messaging is turned on (go to: Settings > Messages then enable Group Messaging)

Please let us know if she's able to resolve the issue with these suggestions!

Thanks. Group messages are set up and she is receiving group messages from others. We just tried to reset network settings and still nothing. She is able to send to the two iPhone users in the group but she is not able to see their responses. Any other suggestions?

Are you all three iPhone users?  Are you using iMessage?

iPhone 11, software version 15.4.1

Settings, General, lists many tabs but RESET is not listed

We tried power cycling a couple times but did not correct the problem

Group messages not working.

There is a TRANSFER OR RESET iPhone tab

Entering this tab I see three more tabs

PREPARE FOR A NEW iPHONE -

ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS

the RESET tab does not display a > which indicates a sub menu

It may not display the >, but pressing it does bring up a number of option buttons at the bottom of the screen, one of which is Reset Network Settings.

I did the network settings reset but it still has the same problem

@JohnRexfordMiller were you able to figure this out? I'm having the same issue.
