Fed up, no service inside my home.
In the last two weeks I’ve been on the phone with your reps and tech support for over 2 hours, (yes, I’ve kept a log):
August 31, 2020
25 minutes
Sept 2, 2020
20 min
Sept 10, 2020
35 min
Sept 18, 2020
41 min
finally they admitted you’ve tried everything to fix me not receiving service, from switching towers to resetting my network, wi-fi calling, etc. Finally told me to call Apple as my phone is still warranted for 6 months. They said they could send a replacement but if I’ve NEVER had signal issues until 2 weeks ago, they’ll just end up sending the phone back. I’m sick of wasting time on the phone, they fully believe it’s your service and my location. I am on the Next plan and a loyal customer of over 10 years but at this point, it’s a paper-weight and i would like to know what my cost would be to switch companies🙈.

that would be a question for your new provider, the only money you would owe at&t is the cost left on the phone

Ugh, that’s frustrating as i bought this 11 pro max and NEVER had issues until now and being that it’s only 6 months old, I of course owe quite a bit.
Should have stayed with the 8+ if I could have foreseen it becoming useless.
Is there an option to not receive service through you but just pay the monthly phone installment fee seeing as how this is in no way any fault of mine🤔??
