In order to get a new SIM, you'll need to access your online AT&T account and follow these steps:

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
2. Scroll to My devices.
3. Choose Manage for the device that needs a new eSIM.
4. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM.
5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.
