How exactly did you transfer the eSIM? Via AT&T? Apple quick start (blue nebula iPhone to iPhone setup)? Previous phone SIM was a physical SIM or already an eSIM? Activation problem, or SIM didn’t transfer at all?

Hi @mccauleb76, we understand your concern, and we're here to help you.If you’ve recently transferred your eSIM to a new iPhone, and it’s not working, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some things you can try:
Check your cellular plan: Make sure that your cellular plan is active and that you have an eSIM on your iPhone. You can check this by going to Settings > General > About and looking for any numbers under EID. If there are no numbers, contact Apple Support.
Turn eSIM line on/off: If you’re getting “No Service” on your eSIM for no apparent reason, it might be possible to fix the problem by simply turning the eSIM line off and then on again. To do this, go to Settings > Cellular, tap the eSIM data plan, turn off the toggle switch for “Turn On This Line,” then wait for a few seconds before turning it back on.
Reset your network settings: Resetting your network settings can help fix issues with your eSIM. To do this on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all your network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords and VPN settings.
