Error: We found no record of the IMEI Number you entered.
Purchased my iPhone 6 Plus at Target back in September 2014. Ended up being a part of the batch of phones that had a camera defect, so it was replaced under warranty by Apple in September 2015.
Today, I headed to the Customer Device Unlock Portal to try to SIM Unlock my phone, which I have done before on my last iPhone. I punched the IMEI number in and it comes back with the error:
I'm not sure what's going on. There's nothing fishy about the phone, I got it straight from Apple. I just want to be able to unlock my phone.
