dropping calls

Call reception has been awful for a few years now at my house. The last month or two, it's been bad enough that I must take calls outside. Today, I can't complete a single call because it drops after >10 seconds. I can't call tech support, the site doesn't offer any solution besides storms (none) and turning off my phone did not help (already tried because we've all been told to do that for the last 20 years or so). Live chat says to "try back later" and I'm currently at home without a vehicle so I can't go an ATT store. I can't update my phone via iTunes because I get an error when I try to sync. Anybody have any ideas? Please?

Hello, @notinuse,

There a number of things that can cause network interference inside your https://soc.att.com/2M5OKmJ can find out about these things as well as learn about our Network Interference Program here.

If your plan and device permits it, you can use WiFi Calling to be able to make calls using your internet to make calls at home when your phone can't receive a wireless signal. You can learn about WiFi Calling here.

Have a great weekend!
