Dropped my Apple iPad and it is completely destroyed. Won't turn on. Can't get Data and AT&T won't cancel data
Contacted At&T. Spent about an hour on the phone. I was told no one could help me: bottomline is that if I can't access a code they send me to my iPad they can't verify me, even though I signed onto my account online. Since I can't get a code, AT&T won't cancel my data plan. We can't help you.

If your iPad data plan is prepaid, just stop paying. Otherwise, file an FCC or BBB complaint.

Thank you. An AT&T individual at a higher level of problem solving responded and was able to close the account: the matter is now closed.
