Domestic Data Won't Work after Returning to US
I had my international and domestic data suspended by ATT during a trip to Nicaragua due to overusage. Once back in the United States, the domestic data no longer works on the phone. We have unlimited domestic data. We called ATT to have the data reinstated. Still doesn't work. We ran all the updates, powered the phone off and on. Still didn't work. We assumed it was a phone issue at that point and bought a new iphone for $1100. The domestic data does not work on this phone either. We have a brand new sim card and have reset the networks. We have now been on the phone for an hour and 45 minutes with ATT and they are putting us through the paces trying all the different settings on the new phone. It is definitely an issue within ATT's programming and not the physical phone itself as the issue is happening on both the old and new phone. ATT turned off the domestic data and can't figure out how to turn it back on. We are beyond frustrated with this. Please help.
Thank you

Hopefully this will help others when this happens to them...
After 2.5 hours with customer service, they finally transferred me to a "level 3 advanced technical manager" who proceeded to quickly remove the "data blocking code," which in turn fixed the issue. I had been insisting it was an ATT data block issue from the moment I contacted them. Kept asking for a supervisor and it took 2 hours to finally get transferred to one. It's not the sim card, the network, the physical phone. It's was always on their end.
