Disappointed and disgusted in AT&T customer service

I have placed 2 orders in the last 3 weeks for new iPhone (and not the new 13) and both times they have been a disaster. Both phones I have tried to order have been the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro Max both, these orders have been placed and 2 separate times. while talking to the rep on the phone I have repeatedly asked the to verify that they have the in stock, and the response I got "yes we have the phone or the system will not allow us to go any further mama" get everything order, get online to verify when phones are coming and immediately I am upset and disappointed that I have been lied to twice by AT&T. Phones are coming December 17-27 (Edited per community guidelines). Does AT&T not have access to their inventory? or after 15 years they just don't care about their customers anymore and are just worried about making the sale for commission? So Disappointed
