Device unlock

I’m trying to unlock my device but I didn’t received the email with the link to continue and now when I try the page says it seems like we’re processing your request, please help me

Nothing anyone here can do.  If you didn’t receive or respond to the confirmation email, the request will just sit there locked in the processing status until it cancels itself.  Could take weeks.

Did you purchase your device through AT&T or a third party? If you'd purchased your device through a third party, you'll want to reach out to that direct party and request for them to reach out to us and request further assistance as we'll need access to their account. 

 

Are you the account owner or an authorized user on the account that the device is associated with? You'll need to be either in order for us to verify the account for authentication purposes. 

 

Also, confirm that your device meets all personal device requirements using our Device Unlock article.

It was third party and I don’t have any contact with, it’s an iPhone 12 and I need you to cancel my old request to put a new one, I can do it online but I need your help canceling my old request, says if you don’t click the link sent would be cancelled automatically in 24 hours but it never happens since months, please help!!!!
