I try all day ,but im from russia ,maybe is a problem

can i ask you to send request from your pc?for a diagnostic 

Usually it means that there is something wrong with the information inputted.  Are you sure the IMEI is correct?  Unless AT&T customer services sees this post and chooses to respond via IM, the only option is to either keep trying or call them.

i got imei check and yeah i write all right,if you want check 358371068679227

I did the second test, it turned out that it was again blocked by AT & T, everything was entered correctly

Second report GSX and AT&T unlocked 

and If I don’t write imei number ,I pressed to the captcha and I got this problem

And now captcha don't work
