Device unlock error

Hi, I applied for unlocking the phone at the official website and the email showed this: You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days and then submit a new request. 

Could you please help me to unblock my device? Thank you.

This is a public customer to customer forum. The only way you're moving forward is to do as instructed. Wait 30 days and try again.
