Device IMEI doesn't match

When trying to request my phone to be unlocked I get this notice "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn't match an ATT device. Try entering is again. Dial #06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the correct IMEI number."

 

Entered multiple times and still got the same error. When I try #06# it says there was an error on my phone. I have taken my phone to a store and they told me to contact customer service? Which I guess this is customer service...?...

 

The phone is an Iphone SE 2020 model.

We'd like to know more about your unlock request!

  • Was the iPhone purchased through AT&T or a 3rd-party retailer?
  • Has the device completed either 60 days of postpaid or 6 months of wireless prepaid service with AT&T?
  • Do you currently/previously have a wireless AT&T account?

It's very important that the iPhone has Meet All Eligibility Requirements to continue the unlock process. 

 

Provide us more specific details to further proceed.
