delay receiving voicemail 2017

In the past month my voicemail messages have been delayed for days. Today is Oct 5, 2017 and I just now received a vm from Sept 23, 2017. Does anyone havre a solution?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention via the Community Forums! It is important to be notified of your voicemails as soon as you receive them, and I would be more than happy to help you get this working again.


Resetting your network is also a great way to refresh your connection to our servers. This can be done by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your device will automatically restart once it is done, and you’ll also to re-enter your Wi-Fi password to connect to your wireless network.


Have you heard of our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? It’s a tool you can use to resolve a multitude of issues including this one. Once you have this open, pick your device and go to Voicemail under Service/network issues. You will be provided with a resolution, once all the questions are answered.
