data is on but not working

so my data is on and its not working. My dad checked the data limit and there is no limit, the bills are paid and we have tried turning the data off and on from his phone and mine. I have updated my phone, reset it,restarted it and synced it but the data is still not working

I have a ZTE Velocity hotspot device and I just paid the bill, yet I still have no data. My devices are able to connect to the router just fine, just unable to access the internet.
