Data is not working

My data won’t work but I can text and call and I’ve done the resetting networks and restarting phone and turning it off and back on and still nothing. It says could not activate cellular data and to turn it on but it is on

Hi Daris,

   Im facing the same issue as well. I can text and talk but cannot access internet on my iphone. I tried all possible steps from online troubleshooting tool. Switched sim’s to different device and still no internet. Also, verified its not my iPhone phone problem, cause internet works with other at&t sim’s.

   My recent data usage is 0 if you check mu phone line on our account. Anything you can do to help ?
