Cellular hotspot
Does anyone know if you can have personal hotspot on your unlimited prepaid plan?

There are two unlimited prepaid plans. The $85 plan does include hotspot, the $65 plan does not.

You can keep your current plan as long as you want, even if no longer offered, but once you switch plans, your choices are limited to the plans currently available. If the plan you had is no longer offered, then that’s the way it is. Nothing “barbaric” about that. If you like your plan, don’t switch. It’s that simple.

Hello @Iphone6splus,
You can have a personal hotspot on your unlimited prepaid plan.
Learn all you need to know about sharing your mobile data with other devices on our AT&T Prepaid hotspot page.

With the $65 UNLIMITED plan or just a $65 FIXED data amount plan?
Generally, FIXED data amounts can do what they want as you get that big of a bucket, when you get unlimited they have some restrictions.
When you say "back" do you mean you lost it? (Or do you mean KEEP?)

plan ended and i wasn't going to get paid till the following day. so i did
the $2 plan until then. then when i went to redo my usual, which was $60
($55 with autopay) it wasnt there anymore. i guess its safe to assume that
its because i switched plans and then went back?
cause if so, that's barbaric and super unfortunate.

@littlefootsy Yes, the $60 plan you had is gone. Get the $50 plan ($40 with autopay), it is a better deal than what you had. It has 8GB of data and hotspot.

different plan. And i was unaware of any of the new plan changes. However,
my question was already answered, (but you already knew that, didn't you.)
So thank you for your rude and unnecessary response.
