Cell phone having dropped calls - happens every time I dial out

Hi there,

I live in Clive, Iowa. This morning we had a huge storm where multiple people lost power. I did not at my home but ever since, my phone has dropped calls. I've tried calling multiple different people and the call drops after five minutes. I use this phone for my job and I can't be without service. 

Can you please put me in contact with someone that can help me?
