Can't use iMessage and Facetime

Recently, i just can't use iMessage and Facetime on my iphone 5s. I don't know what was happened. i followed every instructions from Apple support web. But it didn't get better. I still can't use iMessage and Facetime. Need Help!!

I’d be happy to help with your iMessage and Facetime issue! As lizdance40 has posted, we would need some more information in order to provide accurate troubleshooting steps. As a general guideline, first check the following:

 

  • Ensure data is working by disabling WiFi and loading a webpage
  • Sign out of your Apple ID in both services, then reboot the phone before signing back in
  • Reset Network Settings via Settings>General>Reset

 

If issues persist, please contact Apple at 800-694-7466 or bring the device by your local Apple store for assistance.
