Cant update device help

When i go to att.com/UpdateDevice all i get is a white blank screen. I'm trying to update my new phone

I can relate to wanting to update the type of phone you are using with our self-help options.  I will be more than happy to help!


One thing it sounds like is the cache and cookies of the browser are preventing access to the site.  Please go into your browser’s options and clear cache and cookies, close all windows, and then try it again. 


Another thing to do is to try it on another browser and/or device to see if it still gives you a blank screen.
