Can't unlock my iphone

I am with ATT and have a bundled account Uverse Internet. I have 4 phones which I planned to unlock. I met eligibility criteria to unlock the devices. For two of my phones the unlocking website kept saying - "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device". I had to post that in this forum and Sean from ATT side resolved the problem (basically he submitted the request on my behalf)

Now for my 3rd phone I am facing the same problem - I get the same error message. Can somebody from ATT side please take a look?

I am not providing my account / phone number here but if you send me a PM, I will be more than happy to share those details.

Hello,

This is a customer forum. for help with that, visit att.com/deviceunlock and try again or call customer service via (Phone number hidden) and say “unlock” when promoted for reason for call to get a reprentative to look into it and help figure out the issue to offer a resolution.
