Cant ulock iphone X by "Device unlock portal"
Hello!
I bought an iphone X two months ago, but i did mistake and choosed option with AT&T provider.
Now i cant use my iphone in Russia cause of lock. I tried one time every two months to unlock my iphone by the "Device unlock portal", it was unsuccessfully.
All the time i see the same message "We can't unlock your device today, try one more time in 1 month".
Could you help me with my case, i dont know what can i do else?

does your phone meet the requirements? unless you paid in cash up front then 2 months does not satisfy a next program not a prepaid phone. below are the requirements
