Can't reset voicemail password.

I have entered and reentered my new password to access voicemail but everything stops at "saving password..." and goes no further.  After a time the phone goes into rest mode and I try the same steps again with the same results. Help needed!

In addition, the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool will help you identify and resolve any issues you might encounter during the process. Make sure to select your phone’s make and model > Service/Network > Voicemail.
