Cannot Receive Group SMS from non-iPhones

Hello,

 

Iphone 5s, I can receive and send texts to iphones, group iphones only chat as well as I can receive texts from individual non-iphone SMS.

 

However one group chat I have with 2 iphones and 5 non-iphones I do not receive any SMS messages for hours, then 30 all at once, then nothing.

  • Date issue started
  • Always been this way?
  • With WiFi disabled, can you load http://att.com/ttr
  • Can you send/receive picture messages to non-iPhones?
