Cannot receive calls from Verizon

My wife cannot receive any incoming calls originating from Verizon. No ringing, no showed missed calls. She has an iPhone 8.

When did your wife first start having issues with phone calls from Verizon? Is the device software up to date? Is she still able to call and receive calls from others? Has she tried any troubleshooting, such as resetting her network settings? What zip code is she located in? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

It’s fixed now. Had to return the phone to the AT&T store and have it reloaded to the network from scratch.
