cannot get a new eSIM

I logged in into my at&t account and select my device that need to get a eSIM. i put my EID and IMEi number in my account and it said the EID is not found. I saw i have imei2 number. Should I put Imei2 number to see if it works?

What do you currently have in your phone, and which phone model is it?  If it’s a 12 or earlier model that supports dual SIMs, I believe that IMEI 1 is the physical SIM slot, and IMEI 2 is the eSIM slot.  iPhone 13 can support two eSIMs, or one physical SIM and one eSIM, but if you’re already using a physical SIM, it’s taking the IMEI 1 slot.
