Cannot delete email on iPhone X with att.net email

I have a brand new iPhone X and with latest update and when I go to delete my email on the email app with an att.net email the email undoes he delete and bounces the deleted email back to me with a message saying cannot delete email but my other email accounts are working fine

Is this an issue that will be resolved with iOS update 11.3

By the way I am running iOS 11.2.6
