Cancelled my order for no reason, not even an email to tell me about this

Just what kind of  business you guys are running? 
I had to search back to find an old confirmation email and then check the confirmation number and for my surprise, you cancelled my order and didn't even bother to send me an email let me know ??  I don't even know what's the reason?? 
I had a number transfer through a live person just last week , I was coming from Tmobile and she said everything is perfect. This was about a week ago. Now here we are I'm expecting my phone for my birthday next week and you cancelled my order with no explanation!
