Canceled order refund

I ordered an iPhone 11 on October 18, and shortly after received an email stating that my order had been canceled. I ended up getting this phone from a different company, but still have not received my refund. It’s been 7 days. How much longer should I expect to wait?

  • Does your old order display as canceled in the management hub?
  • In your bank account does the purchase for the iPhone 11 show as a pending transaction or withdrawn?

Yes, it shows canceled in the management hub. Also the transaction still says pending in my bank account.

We want to advise that customers are not charged until the device ships. If the device did not ship, the temporary hold on funds is released systematically at the time the order is cancelled and the customer's funds are available according to their financial institution's polices.
